I saw one of Mary’s listings, and contacted her. She got back very fast, and we picked a day when to look at properties. Mary came with a detailed list, printed out for me with properties in Central Cancun. Some had not even officially been listed yet. The list contained year built, square footage, price per square footage, and special characteristics of the property. Very thorough. By the end of the day, I found a property. After the sale she proved very helpful with the utilities, which is very important, since I am no Spanish speaker yet. I can only recommend her real estate services, if you want a fast and efficient service. Since I don’t speak Spanish right now, Mary and her team helped me most generously with the delivery of appliances. Since I had ordered from a company that should not be used to buy appliances from, things got complicated. But they helped me resolve it. Also, they helped.me with the transfer. Of utilities and internet. Mary even called the seller, who got me plumber, which was necessary, since in Mexico washer and dryer not only operate on electricity but also on gas, which I didn’t know.
